On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Hotel Institute of Maratea, the Luigi Diotaiuti Foundation proposes
to organize the II International Congress entitled “The influence of Italian cuisine in the world and
The Mediterranean diet: knowledge, flavors and health”. The event aims to explore the impact of
Italian cuisine globally, promote the Mediterranean diet and reflect on innovation and
sustainability in gastronomy.
