In October of 2012, Chef Luigi Diotaiuti held a Calabrian wine-pairing seminar during a presentation on Calabria which was the National Italian American Foundation’s region of honor that year. The event also featured a panel discussion and presentations by Amy Riolo and Rosetta Costantino and Domenica Marchetti.
