This 2015 edition of L’informatore Agrario – or Agrarian Informant discusses the actions being put in to place by the region of Basilicata in order to continue the traditions of moving the Podolico cows to cooler pastures in the Summer. Along with Chef Luigi’s non-profit organization, Basilicata: A Way of Living, the region aims to boost tourism as a result.
