On November 15, 2019 Chef Luigi Diotaiuti had the opportunity to give a presentation in Marconia, Italy on Basilicata: a way of living the conservation of Transhumance and the importance of maintaining agricultural traditions in our food and wine industry.
An interview was also conducted for the Slow Food association on this occasion.
